DFW Outdoors has put together a great party to celebrate the new year.  The party will be held at Receptions on the Main in Irving and will include music, food, drinks, and fun.

DRESS CODE:  There is no designated dress code.  You can come naked if you want; but, a lot of us will be dressing up.  After all it is New Year's.  You don't have to put on a tux but you might want to clean up a bit and put on a tie or a suit.  Dress to impress.

COST:  $50 per person.  Advance ticket sales will stop at 10am on Wednesday December 31st.  Tickets will sell at the door for $60. 

This is a pre-pay event.  You can pay by RSVP'ing here or you can contact Daniel to make payment arrangements.  No refunds will be given on sold tickets.  

Thats right BYOB!!!!  In addition to the drinks provided as part of the party package, you will be able to bring in any extra beverages that you want.  Wow, how many other big NYE parties allow you to do that????  Please read this document on the BYOB policies for this party.

FOOD - - A buffet station will be provided with the following items: Taco Station             Meat             Refried beans and Rice             Tortillas             Lettuce and Tomatoes             Sour Cream and Cheese             Chips and Salsa   Pasta Station             Penne Pasta with Chicken             Marinara and Alfredo Sauce             Grilled Veggies – Squash, Green Beans, Carrots, and Peppers             Garden Salad and Dressings             Assorted Breads   Drinks             Iced tea, water, and coffee  ** The more party goers we get the more food we will add.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS We have made special arrangements with the Holiday Inn Express located at 333 W. John Carpenter Freeway (Hwy 114) in Irving.  Here is the link for the hotel. Here is the deal.  If we get 20 rooms reserved for our group, we get FREE round trip transportation from the hotel to the party place!!!!  Who wants to drive after such a fun party?  Party smart and get a room.  The leftover alcohol from the party will be taken to the hotel.  We will have a special suite there for our own AFTER PARTY! All the rooms at this Holiday Inn Express are mini suites and you can choose suites with a king bed or 2 full size beds.  All suites were remodeled this year and have a living area, desk, 32 inch LCD flat screen tv, and kitchenette/wet bar.  In the morning you get a full hot breakfast, not a continental breakfast. COST = $84 ($96.60 total with taxes)  A bargain! Deadline for advance room reservations is Thursday Dec 18 The rooms are blocked under DFW Outdoors.  Call the hotel directly at 972-910-0302.  Tell them you want to reserve one of the blocked rooms.  All you need is a credit card to hold the room under your name.

INFORMATION ON OUR PARTY PLANNERS

• Our party is going to be professionally catered and managed by Glory House Catering Company, a nationally recognized and award winning caterer.
• The party is being held at  Receptions on the Main, a 3,500 square foot party/event facility co-owned by Glory House, so everything will be prepared and performed on site.
• The party is going to be professionally staffed with licensed bartenders and attendants.
• The reception hall will be appropriately decorated, more than likely in a black and silver theme.  Eight person dinner tables and cocktail tables will be set up with linen overlays, centerpieces, and candles.
• The food will be presented in buffet style.
